Photobooth Event Rental Reservation Form

Please use this form when requesting a quote for your event from Valentine Photobooth. Please note that all fields in this online form are required information, and that we would NEVER share or use your information in any way other than to best service your request (by us only!) Once we get your event details and have an idea what you have in mind, we'll send you a quote via email. We'll call you to talk more about your event if we have any questions we need to clear up before quoting you a price. Once you've accepted our offer of service for your event, we'll send you an online invoice where you can pay the deposit (which is 50% of the rental price) and your event will then be booked. The other 50% of the rental price is due no later than 14 days from the date of your event. A signed contract and a paid deposit is required to reserve any date.
